Las mujeres amamos el brillo en todas sus presentaciones. Nos llama, nos emboba, nos seduce. No por nada los diamantes son nuestros mejores amigos, pero la joyería ha dejado de ser el único camino para deslumbrar. Es increíble ver que este resplandor se vuelve cada vez más presente en nuestro outfit o maquillaje, sobre todo en las épocas festivas (holidays). Uñas que capturan el encanto de Frozen, sombras y labios metálicos, bronzers con destellos de platino; maquillaje que evoca a la opulencia, al poder, a la fantasía, a una época futurista que imaginamos llegará en algún momento. Si pudiéramos, tal vez nos daríamos baños de oro, pues no es nuevo ver que más productos de belleza contienen minerales en su fórmula. En la moda, los vestidos y stilettos de red carpets han sobresalido precisamente por las incrustaciones de cristales, espejos y otros materiales que los vuelven irresistibles. Así, imposible que pasen inadvertidos, pues además, opaca al resto. Lo importante es recordar que la capacidad de hacer que la luz irradie está en ti, pero por supuesto que una ayudada nunca está de más.

Finally I found time to talk about Alexander Wang latest pre-fall 2015 collection. I consider myself a "tomboy look" lover, and maybe that is one of the reasons I'm so addicted to Alexander's work. I love how he creates such a incredible mix of sexy, messy attitude, with a sporty side in every collection; it's like he borrowed some boy qualities to add the special touch on his lady designs. I'm just in love with all his work and his latest collection is no exception. Check out my fav looks!

Rock the Boat

Saturday we decided to rock the boat "literally". Me and my three sexy guys (hubby Fabi, french guy Louis & Kris) went to Lake Chesdin to enjoy a beautiful day swimming and doing some waterski. 

I wanted it to wear something confortable without being boring. I chose my pink neon Zara blouse (always try to pick a colorful piece to pop up a simple outfit), and I styled it with shorts from Abercrombie, a necklace from Accessorize, hat from Forever 21 (totally necessary for this kind of weather) and my super Brikenstock sandals which makes the perfect outfit for the occasion.

Do you feel a little lost with Spring trends?

En cada temporada se deja venir una avalancha de tendencias y por ello muchas veces no sabemos por cuál apostar. El truco está en seleccionar prendas clave pero sobre todo en saberlas combinarlas con accesorios de impacto (y no, para nada a la Lady Gaga extravagante). Es increíble el poder que tienen esos pequeños detalles para convertir un outfit sensacional en uno espectacular. Hello hello helloooouuuu!!

All of you would agree if I told you that it is important to match your daily look with a nice fragrance that complements your personality. 

That's why today I want to show you how it is done using the latest KENZO perfumes (at least some of my favorite ones) and talk about my collaboration with KENZO Mexico. Last week I got the chance to collaborate with KENZO to create 5 different looks that perfectly match each perfume. It was fun to see how you can create different outfits depending on the mood you're into; specially if you get inspired by KENZO's perfumes. My pictures are meant to create an urban atmosphere just like the street fashion that inspired us so much.
