You Got Me

Mexico is so full of colors! Exploring my beautiful home country in style is a must, this casual outfit combines comfort and basic pieces. I chose those sparking sandals as my statement piece to top it off. Give yourself a break from all the glam and keep it simple so you can enjoy the beauty of your surroundings! Happy Friday, nenas!

Stay Ready

A few days ago, I literally pulled out all my current favorite pieces and threw them together and voilà,  I was ready for dinner with my dear friends. 

Sometimes girls take too much effort trying to look like what they see in blogs or magazines. If you ask me, I think the key is to feel comfy in your own body and in your own terms. For example, in this occasion I chose a print short, basic tank top and maxi sweater to create a relaxed outfit to go out. GIRLS, everybody can pull up an outfit like this and look great! The thing is that you challenge yourself accessorizing it with stuff that make a fun outfit of it, like I did with this amazing J Crew Panama hat and silver sandals from Bimba y Lola. 

I dare you to play with a basic outfit trying to make it more fun with some accessories :P  

I'm Good

Durante estos últimos dos meses he repetido este tipo de look muchas veces, no se como nunca hice un post con este tipo de outfit. La clave del éxito con este conjunto es encontrar un blazer divertido (ya sea con un color brillantes o con algún estampado diferente). Todo mundo tiene un par de jeans y alguna playera en su closet, así que porque no jugar un poco con este look "básico" y darle un toque chic con un cool blazer. No olviden agregar un par de tacones y lograrán un combo perfecto! Dan

I've experimented with this kind of look several times over the past 2 months, and now it is time to show it to you!

The key to success is to wear a nice print blazer. Everybody has a pair of jeans and tank tops soooo... play with this basic look adding a chic touch with a cool blazer. Don't forget to add some killer heels to create a perfect combo! Dan

Closer Than This

Con estos días interminables de sol disfruto muchísimo reciclar cosas de temporadas pasadas; como estos pantalones y blusa de Zara, los cuales siguen siendo perfectos para cualquier día soleado. La verdad es que son dos piezas básicas en cualquier guardarropa y es que ayudan a formar outfits monocromáticos que se ven bien para el día a día. 

No se ustedes niñas, pero este verano me tiene muy inspirada!!! Un besito, Dan 

Look how bringing my loved Zara pieces back into rotation, I easily pulled off the obligatory weekly monochrome look! Styled with new sandals from Abercrombie and my oldie handbag from Accessorize.

Aquí estoy, usando el outfit más cómodo hasta ahora en toda esta semana. Comodidad llamando a glamour a ser amigos jajaja. La verdad es que este tipo de ropa se siente y ve bien, especialmente si eres de las que prefiere algo que no tome mucho tiempo en escoger del closet. Creo que ya les había dicho antes, pero soy fan de las cosas brillantes jeje. Este tipo de prendas se pueden combinan muy bien con denim. En este caso usé mis hermosos zapatos de Bimba y Lola, una playera de Express muy bright con sparkles y unos boyfriend jeans que le dan el toque cómodo.

Espero les inspire a divertirse un poquito más con su guardarropa! Un beso, DANNY 

Here I am wearing the most relaxed outfit so far this week. This is where comfy meets sparkly glam. It feels great because some days you just want to look good without to much effort. Sparkles always work, so choose any piece from head to toes. In this case I wore these incredible Bimba y Lola sparkly heels, a shiny tank top from Express and Abercrombie boyfriend jeans.

Don't Stop

Otro día con frío agradable en la ciudad (temperaturas entre 12º a 17º centígrados)... ¡Feliz de poder usar jeans sin medias y calcetines debajo! Hay que aprovechar cuando el frío no nos mata en el intento de usar algo más casual con un toque un poco primaveral. Hoy toco un outfit con toda la vibra "comodidad al 100%"; para eso no pueden faltar unos buenos boyfriend jeans que coordiné con una blusa azul de J Crew. Me encanta jugar con los detalles que hacen de un look casual algo más chic, es por eso que decidí usar un clutch color naranja neón de BCBG. Esta temporada es perfecta para usar botas de todos tipos y colores, como por ejemplo estos botines de Topshop.

Another day, another Zara coat. The same style that I wore last week, actually. Comfy vibes with my boyfriend jeans from Abercrombie and J Crew blue shirt. Styled with a BCBG clutch and Forever 21 rings, zodiac necklace by Need Supply and my fav gold necklace from Mani Maalai. This season is all about boots, so what about these awesome ankle boots from Topshop, don't you love them?

What can I say

Find Your Love

This will probably be one of my last attempts trying to get summer out of my system. I'm still in denial that it's slowly coming to an end. Next week I will travel to Mexico (where it's rainy season already) and since I will not be back before October, I'm saying goodbye to the great summer weather. 

So today I wanted it to share the look I chose to go to the Drake Vs Lil Wayne concert. Bright and confortable is the keyword for this outfit. I wore Brian Lichtenberg tank top and styled it with Abercrombie shorts and gold sneakers by Nike. 

Talking about the concert I just wanna say that I LOVED IT!! In fact I added some videos from that day, so you can take a look of how was it. I just found another reason to love living here..., that means more concerts to go! Full happiness <3 xoxo, Danny

Don't turn Around

I kept it simple today in a more relax look in white sweatshirt and a blazer by H&M. I styled it with a pair of sandals from Need Supply. Crazy that it's September already and I am still enjoying sunny days!. I hope to have this same weather now that I am going to spend some time in Mexico, so I can wear this kind of outfits.

Denim Love

Hey dolls! Today's post is kind of special, cause it's my first collaboration with the Virginia Bloggers and I am really excited!!! 

It's been 4 months now since I moved to Richmond and all has been a roller coaster trying to start a new life here, preparing my wedding (this October!!), missing my friends and family, trying to get a new job and meeting new people. All of this could sound hard to swallow but the truth is that I like the way things are going and in the meantime take the opportunity to keep sharing my world with you through my blog!

The idea behind the featuring with VA bloggers was to create three different looks wearing the same statement piece. Just to have fun putting together different outfits for different moods. So I hope you like them and get inspired to look awesome, regardless of where you're going or what the occasion is. xoxo, Danny  

Rock the Boat

Saturday we decided to rock the boat "literally". Me and my three sexy guys (hubby Fabi, french guy Louis & Kris) went to Lake Chesdin to enjoy a beautiful day swimming and doing some waterski. 

I wanted it to wear something confortable without being boring. I chose my pink neon Zara blouse (always try to pick a colorful piece to pop up a simple outfit), and I styled it with shorts from Abercrombie, a necklace from Accessorize, hat from Forever 21 (totally necessary for this kind of weather) and my super Brikenstock sandals which makes the perfect outfit for the occasion.

From My Heart to Yours

Desert Road

Today is the last Sunday of the year and I want to take the opportunity to thank you all for your support during this incredible year. This blog has been an open window to show amazing artists and the way they find inspiration. I hope to have the chance to introduce more artists next year and maybe help you to be more creative and less afraid to show a different side of you.

2014 is going to be crazy and new projects will change my life... In the meantime I just can say that my home address will be in the United States and more changes are to come that I will be telling you about when the time has come!
