After almost three weeks out I have taken the task to shoot my weekend outfits, so you know I'm still alive jeje. I feel bad that I have not had enough time to post recently. I'd been trying to discover a little bit more of Richmond... It's becoming a simple routine of spending as much time outside home as possible. Also I'm working in my new "me" jajajaja... I can't tell you more right know, but I promise you will love the new things I'm planing for this amazing platform!!

Durante estos últimos dos meses he repetido este tipo de look muchas veces, no se como nunca hice un post con este tipo de outfit. La clave del éxito con este conjunto es encontrar un blazer divertido (ya sea con un color brillantes o con algún estampado diferente). Todo mundo tiene un par de jeans y alguna playera en su closet, así que porque no jugar un poco con este look "básico" y darle un toque chic con un cool blazer. No olviden agregar un par de tacones y lograrán un combo perfecto! Dan

Los shorts se volvieron mi statment piece en mi última visita a Cali, así que fue bastante bueno encontrar una buena oportunidad para poder usar mis pantalones palazzo. Y es que desde que los compré en mi última visita en México, no había podido estrenarlos. Decidí armar un look bastante fresco con un crop top de Topshop. Con unos increíbles accesorios de Mani Maalai y Britanny Chanel, ya saben, para darle un toque más chic, sin quitar atención a mis adorados pantalones.

Ya pasaron dos semanas desde que volvimos de California y realmente extraño las palmeras, el desierto y el hermoso clima. De verdad espero que el clima de Richmond termine por componerse, y es que ha estado super cambiante... Creo que todos por acá estamos un poco hartos con los días lluviosos y fríos... Necesitamos tener primavera 24/7 pero ya! :P

  

I was wearing shorts for a majority of our trip to Cali, so it was nice to have the opportunity to wear some palazzo pants to go out for a drinks during our stay. I scored these amazing pants during my last visit to Mexico! Perfect timing to pull them off during this vacation. I styled it with my sexy crop top by Topshop and my costume necklace from Mani Maalai. Could not miss those shiny rings from Brittany Chanel to top off. 

It's been two weeks since we are back from Cali and I really miss the palm trees , the desert and the great weather.  I hope Richmond weather gets better cause it's still very random... I think everybody is over the rainy and cold weather... We need full blown spring right now! :P

Coachella 2015 - Day II

Toda la emoción puesta en el line up del segundo día: Clean Bandit, Bad Suns, Milky Chance, Cashmere Cat, Duke Dumont, Tycho, FKA twigs, SBTRKT, Ratatat, y para cerrar con broche de oro, The Weeknd. Creo que este año ha sido el mejor de todas las veces que hemos venido al festival. La música, el clima, y por supuesto el street style! Creo que en esta ocasión las niñas planearon mucho mas sus looks porque vi mucha gente linda y con mucha onda.
Yo decidí irme con un outfit mucho mas colorido. Crop top de Topshop, shorts high waist de Forever 21 y botitas con flecos de Pepe Jeans..., killer combo como dicen por aquí!

¿Cómo no enamorarme de este festival? Creo que es una de esas cosas que todo mundo tiene que hacer, por lo menos una vez en la vida... Les prometo que no hay manera de arrepentirse! Amor y Paz, Danny

Hey guys! Here goes a selection of photos from Coachella day 2 experience. I think this year most of the girls planned to look their best cause I saw a ton more cute festival looks than last year.
I decided to wear something more colorful this time. My Topshop crop top was my statement piece. I styled it off with some hot high waist shorts by Forever 21 and Pepe Jeans fringe boots!

I really have fallen in LOVE again with this festival. I really think is the kind of thing you should do at least once in your life... I promise, you will not regret it! Peace and Love, Danny

All I See

El día de ayer volé hacia el otro lado del país para disfrutar de unas increíbles vacaciones... Sí, no puedo negar lo mucho que me gusta viajar al West Coast, especialmente si es para festejar el cumpleaños de mi marido y el mío en el mejor festival de música del mundo! Coachella comienza hoy, así que prometo capturar los mejores momentos para después compartirlos con todos ustedes.

Mientras tanto aquí les dejo éste outfit que usé algunos días. Es uno de esos looks que puedes sacar sin mucho esfuerzo; una blusa denim de Massimo Dutti y un pantalón con estampado en blanco y negro de Topshop son el mejor combo. Los puedes combinar con unos zapatos de color intenso para darles el toque especial. No olvides jugar con una bolsa que tenga algún estampado divertido, como el este clutch de María Patrona; puede hacer la diferencia para destacar todo el outfit. Feliz Viernes!!

You Changed Me

Nadie se imaginaría que estuve maniobrando cada pose para poder lograr algunas fotos decentes para este post. Entre que mi cabello se metía a mi boca y mi crop top se levantaba con el viento, creo que logré captar más bloopers que buenas fotos que mostrarán el look de este día. Pero bueno, creo que entienden que en ocasiones no es tan fácil eso de sacar las mejores fotos cuando se trata de ajustar horarios y clima el día que uno quiere hacer fotos para un post.

En esta ocasión use mi crop top favorito de Topshop, combinándolo con unos retro boyfriend jeans de la misma marca y unos tacones con estoperoles de ALDO. Logrando un look muy casual, ¡perfecto para Viernes!

You would never guess what a hard time we had taking this pictures, between trying to keep my hair out of my mouth while holding my crop top down, in an attempt to catch one decent shot in this crazy windy weather we had last Wednesday. Still, we could take some good pics in between laughs and hysterical attempts to capture the best pose. 

I wore my favorite crop top from Topshop. I paired it up with my retro boyfriend jeans and studded heels from Aldo for an effortless, casual look.

Making Up the Rules

Estoy totalmente enamorada de esta falda de Topshop. Es imposible ir a esa tienda y no encontrar algo que me guste!

Aunque es de la temporada pasada, sigo sintiéndome muy cómoda al usarla. Creo que es de ese tipo de faldas que puedes combinarlas con sandalias así como zapatos cerrados. En esta ocasión la combine con un par de botas de la misma marca, un body color nude de Ronny Kobo y un anillo de Accessorize. Un beso, Dan

I'm completely taken by this print skirt from Topshop. It's impossible for me to go to their store and not find something that I like. Even though from last winter collection, I still feel very confortable wearing it. Paired with long boots and this amazing body from Ronny Kobo, the whole outfit takes off. Also, don't forget to accessories it with some bling and a nice clutch. XoXo, Dan

Lovin' each Day

Se respira amor en el aire (jajaja) bueno, ¡por lo menos para mi!, de hecho, creo que mucho de esta temporada de San Valentín me inspiró a cambiar el look de mi cabello por algo más "azucarado" y rosa.

Desde hace un par de semanas, visto colores pastel casi todo el tiempo y este último outfit no es la excepción. Este look mantiene un match absoluto en estas tonalidades de las que les hablo, mostrando el mood perfecto para el día de los enamorados. Mi abrigo de Topshop y mi sudadera de Ann Taylor son un combo perfecto ya que puedo combinarlos con mil cosas y siempre se ven increíbles. También escogí mi linda mochila de Stradivarius y mis gold sneakers de Nike para darle ese toque fresco a todo el outfit.

Tuve mucha suerte de encontrar este muro para la sesión de fotos. La verdad es que Richmond me sigue sorprendiendo con todo el street art que ofrece… le da un toque único que pocas ciudades tienen.

Show 'Em (what you're made of)

Tengo que admitir que comienzo a tener una obsesión por los bodysuits, especialmente este nuevo Ronny Kobo que adquirí en Nueva York. La verdad me encanta la vibra retro chic que le añaden a mi look. Amé la simplicidad de este outfit en particular porque pude jugar con las prendas, manteniendo una gama de color muy neutra (con un toque pastel que me F.A.S.C.I.N.A). El frío persiste por este lado del mundo así que, que mejor prenda para esta temporada que un suéter oversized y unos boyfriend jeans estilo retro. Quise usar mis sandalias plateadas de Bimba y Lola junto con mi clutch de ALDO (en forma de labios) para darle el último toque sin que las piezas compitieran con los colores de todo el outfit.
Creo que estoy en una de esas buenas rachas de inspiración y me encanta!!

Bodysuits are becoming an important part of in my wardrobe. Love the retro chic vibe that they project. I adore the simplicity of this look with my H&M oversized long sweater and some retro boyfriend jeans. I picked my awesome sandals for Bimba y Lola and ALDO "lips" clutch to give the perfect touch to the entire look. Think I'm on one of those kicks again... Ooooh boy!

Caravana Holiday

Estas botas de Topshop son el tipo de pieza clave que hará de tu look algo sexy y muy fashion! Puedes combinarlas con una falda corta, la cual te hará lucir unas piernas más largas y estilizadas; y para estas bajas temperaturas, ¿qué tal usar un suéter calientito como playera?. Si se trata de poner más capas, prueba con una linda bufanda que tenga un color diferente para darle un contraste divertido. Para darle un toque de brillo a todo el outfit, opté por usar uno de mis collares favoritos de Zara. ¿Qué tal, les gusta?. Un beso, Danny

Holiday Wardrobe 2014 - PART II

Dolls!!
The year it's almost gone... how has your Holiday season been so far? I hope you've been doing great. As I promised, here it's the second part of my Holiday wardrobe ideas for this 2014. I hope last post gave you some good ideas, or at least it was a good excuse to play... AGAIN, with this fashion craziness.
I don't know if I will be able to post again cause my parents are coming to Richmond TODAY, so I will be playing tourist guide over this next weeks. I'm super excited to spend Christmas with my family and have the opportunity to show them my new neighborhood, jeje. I will try to stay connected, but if I don't, I want to wish you all a HAPPY MERRY XMAS & a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

The lace dress
Nunca pasará de moda cualquier vestido con encaje. Este tipo de vestidos serán una salvación para esos días que no quieres esforzarte demasiado y que simplemente te harán lucir increíble. Yo compré el mío en BCBG, en las rebajas de Black Friday y la verdad es que a pesar de ser muy sencillo se ve divino puesto. Puedes coordinarlo con un par de tacones y darle ese toque chic con un saco o abrigo oversize. // A nice fitting lace dress never gets old. The best thing about a lace dress is that it's one of those things you can throw on last minute and know it looks good! I bought mine up from BCBG and it simply looks great every time I wear it! You can add a nice pair of heels and style it with a oversize coat.

Rising Up

Estos días de poco frío son perfectos para no forrarte de capas y capas de ropa, es por eso que quise armar un outfit cómodo y lo suficientemente calientito para salir. Las sudaderas están de vuelta, y aunque son un basic puedes darle un toque chic con estampados divertidos como yo hice en este caso. Si sigues teniendo frío ponte un suéter tipo cardigan como este modelo de Topshop que sale de lo clásico con estoperoles en los hombros. No pude encontrar mejor combinación para este par, que estos tacones color nude, calcetines con olanes, y unos skinny jeans color gris. 

Yesterday, wearing comfortable from the ankles up with a perfectly long cardigan and a sweatshirt from Topshop. I highly recommend to style these babies together! I can't think of a better finish to this combo that a pair of nude high heels, crochet trim socks, and grey skinny jeans. I added cute necklaces from Lola Bassó and Accessorize <3 

On the other hand, I'm starting to play with my hair style with this cotton candy hair trend! Fortunately I find my lucky start to make it possible. Her name is Mary Case and she is a hairstylist from 1213 HairStudio. So if you want to try some new styles (and you live near Richmond), she is the right person to make it happen!

How about this perfect top from Tibi? Originally planned for my trip to Mexico, but I jumped the gun and decided to wear it yesterday with my preferred boyfriend jeans from Topshop. Since this outfit is kind of low-key I decided to combine it with one of my most recent acquisitions, this cute neon bag by BCBG. This kind of accessory is a statement piece, creating a more interesting look. 

I have been packing bags and setting up work appointments for my trip to Mexico next week, so that's why I have been lost these days. Next four weeks are going to be crazy (fashion photo shoots, MBFW and of course my wedding). I promise to keep in touch and let you know what I'm up to. Besos, Danny

Baby, It's a Fact

I'm still in the mood to use crazy lip colors by MAC Cosmetics, for example the "Vegas Volt" that says "Summer is still here baby" jajajaja. I decided to wear this blue dress from Juicy Couture that has a fantastic print with sea life on it; and style it with fun accessories like my kitty headband from Topshop! I loved how the lipstick and the polished nails (from Essie) contrast the outfit, it's a total win for a weekend look!

Hey dolls! Today's post is kind of special, cause it's my first collaboration with the Virginia Bloggers and I am really excited!!! 

It's been 4 months now since I moved to Richmond and all has been a roller coaster trying to start a new life here, preparing my wedding (this October!!), missing my friends and family, trying to get a new job and meeting new people. All of this could sound hard to swallow but the truth is that I like the way things are going and in the meantime take the opportunity to keep sharing my world with you through my blog!

The idea behind the featuring with VA bloggers was to create three different looks wearing the same statement piece. Bringing back much loved from Juicy Couture and Dior into the rotation. It doesn't matter if you have old pieces, you can always refresh them and use them as a statement piece. Like this dress!... it still looking gorgeous and it always make my day when I wear it! I styled it with Dior sunnies, some bling  rings and my best friend bag from Topshop.
