Gave this nude sweater a whirl on Wednesday for a full meetings day. People tend to wear low-key clothes, that's why nude can be a great add to your wardrobe. There's something peace and tasteful about it. I know it could be a little risky to wear this kind of color if you have very light skin but the point is to style it with colourful pieces, such as this pencil skirt and shoes from Zara. Fall just started and I'm already enjoying every single day!

Are You Around

Solecito otoñal, ese que se pone al atardecer y que hace que todo se vea mas cálido y con un contraste  casi rojo a su alrededor. Es difícil pensar que en un mes (o menos) estaré envuelta en mil capas para poder soportar el invierno. Pero hasta entonces tengo el firme propósito de salir a la calle y disfrutar de este frío "soportable", contemplando el cambio de color en las hojas en los arboles. Los paisajes en esta época son definitivamente mis favoritos, son de esos que imponen la nostalgia de un año que esta por terminar.

El look del día de hoy tiene que ver un poco con dejarse ir con el viento y definir la forma del cuerpo por como las telas se pegan al cuerpo. Definitivamente este tipo de outfits con prendas sueltas hacen de un estilo bohemio, un tesoro para la niñas que no buscan mostrar sus curvas. Soy muy fan de los pantalones tipo palazzo y es que puedes combinarlos con tops muy ajustados, así como con blusas holgadas como la que estoy usando. Perfecto para estos días de poco frío!

Super chill look for a typical work day. I decided to take a risk wearing these shiny red heels cause sometimes you need to feel like you were in a journey to Oz. For the rest of the outfit, I picked basics that are always a good idea to get through the day. Pimped my outfit with a hat from Zara and amazing earrings from Lola Bassó which I scored on my last trip to Mexico. Besos, Danny

I know, I know..., everybody has all eyes on Milan Fashion Week right now. That doesn't mean I can post the street style photos I shot during NYFW, right? The ever changing weather conditions didn't stop the fashion people from putting their best feet forward, and even opting for white and bright colors that highlight the summer season. Lacoste SS'16

Hi there!! So, for the ones that follow me through twitter or instagram may knew that I'd have been working non stop for the last couple of weeks at NYFW. This time I was shooting photos from backstage of amazing runways, capturing some street style and collaborating with a famous fashion blogger called "The double denim". 

It's kind of hard to keep you posted cause there is so much going on that I barely had time to breathe jajaja. From Kate Spade, Lacoste, Rachel Zoe, Tommy Hilfiger, Diesel, All Saints, Rosie Assoulin and Rodebjer, I was literally jumping around the city from one place to another.

So, I wanted to show you my favorite runway that I had the privilege to cover...

Lacoste is by far one of my fav collections for SS'16. It transcended their sportswear, but didn't leave it behind entirely. It was a explosion of pattern and color block outfits, combined with prints and big logos. This season's show had a modern, sporty yet and sexy mood that I just absolutely loved!   

Electric Jungle

If your face is the body, makeup is the armor. Fierce, feminine and floral hues reminiscent of a lush electric jungle, Peter Pan's Tiger Lily is here to pounce through a techno forest floor.

Diamonds

Las mujeres amamos el brillo en todas sus presentaciones. Nos llama, nos emboba, nos seduce. No por nada los diamantes son nuestros mejores amigos, pero la joyería ha dejado de ser el único camino para deslumbrar. Es increíble ver que este resplandor se vuelve cada vez más presente en nuestro outfit o maquillaje, sobre todo en las épocas festivas (holidays). Uñas que capturan el encanto de Frozen, sombras y labios metálicos, bronzers con destellos de platino; maquillaje que evoca a la opulencia, al poder, a la fantasía, a una época futurista que imaginamos llegará en algún momento. Si pudiéramos, tal vez nos daríamos baños de oro, pues no es nuevo ver que más productos de belleza contienen minerales en su fórmula. En la moda, los vestidos y stilettos de red carpets han sobresalido precisamente por las incrustaciones de cristales, espejos y otros materiales que los vuelven irresistibles. Así, imposible que pasen inadvertidos, pues además, opaca al resto. Lo importante es recordar que la capacidad de hacer que la luz irradie está en ti, pero por supuesto que una ayudada nunca está de más.

Classic

Este domingo decidí darle un giro a mis looks muy coloridos, optando por esta falda rosa con un color un poco menos llamativo. Los colores generalmente evocan diferentes estados de ánimo y encuentro muy interesante poder proyectar como me siento solo por la forma en como me visto. De echo uno de mis pasatiempos preferidos es sentarme en algún lugar para observar a la gente pasar y así, poder imaginar el estado de ánimo de cada uno por como su manera de vestir. Por ejemplo esta falda que me puse ayer proyecta tranquilidad y alegría, ¿no creen? 

Gave this muted shade of pink skirt a whirl on Sunday for a canal walk. Colors generally evoke different states of mind. I don't know about you but I think it's quite interesting to imagine the mood of people I see on the streets from what kind of clothes and colors are wearing. For example there's something about this pink skirt I'm wearing that I find extremely peaceful, don't you think? Besides, it matches perfect with my pastel purple hair.

You Got Me

Mexico is so full of colors! Exploring my beautiful home country in style is a must, this casual outfit combines comfort and basic pieces. I chose those sparking sandals as my statement piece to top it off. Give yourself a break from all the glam and keep it simple so you can enjoy the beauty of your surroundings! Happy Friday, nenas!

Pretty Thing

De regreso a los básicos... Esa es mi manera de vestir cada que visito México ultimamente, especialmente si voy a San Miguel de Allende y me pierdo por sus hermosas y coloridas calles. Cualquier top de un solo color puede ser la pieza perfecta para combinar con pantalones de estampado floreado. Un look simple pero con toque chic para salir a caminar y disfrutar de un día soleado.

Back to basics... that's the deal every time I visit Mexico, specially if I get lost in San Miguel de Allende (my favourite town). Any plain-colored top can be styled with floral print pants like these ones! Simple but chic enough to go out and enjoy a beautiful sunny day.

This full look is the product of summer sale shopping. Victoria Secret was way too good to me. This pink bikini was just one of three amazing swim pieces I scored last week. ¡Hola niñas! ¿Cómo han estado? Como ya sabrán, el Verano se nos acaba y con eso los días eternos de calor. Aunque no puedo negar que he aprendido a disfrutar de las eternas oleadas de sol, debo admitir que me emociona volver a usar cualquier tipo de pantalón. El look de hoy está dedicado a mis baggy jeans y es que son la cosa más cómoda del mundo. Creo que la tendencia de usar skinny everything is overrated. Aprendan a crear sus propias reglas, agreguen esa parte divertida con un body estampado o unos zapatos de color que harán la diferencia y no las hará sentirse anchas por todas partes.
